1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CashMyStuff, submitting items for an offer, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
CashMyStuff allows you to submit items you wish to sell, receive offers from our team, and, if you accept an offer, ship or drop off your items in exchange for payment. All offers are made at our discretion after reviewing your submission and are subject to inspection of the physical item.
3. Your Submissions
You represent that you are the lawful owner of any item you submit, that items are free of liens and encumbrances, and that all information and photos you provide are accurate. We may decline any submission at our sole discretion.
4. Offers, Inspection & Payment
Offers are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed after physical inspection. If the item's condition differs materially from your description, we may revise or withdraw the offer. Accepted payments are sent via your chosen method, typically within 24 hours of passing inspection.
5. Text Message Communications
By checking the SMS consent box during submission, you agree to receive text messages from CashMyStuff about your submission, offers, and account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
When we provide a prepaid shipping label, items are covered by carrier insurance in transit up to the stated coverage limit. Risk of loss transfers to CashMyStuff upon our confirmed receipt of the item.
7. Prohibited Items
You may not submit stolen goods, counterfeit products, recalled items, hazardous materials, or any item whose sale is restricted by law. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected stolen property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashMyStuff's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount of the offer for the submission giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
